Hey everyone! Every year we have an Easter Week party in Playa Gigante. Semana Santa is a big holiday in Nicaragua and everyone heads out to the beaches, lakes, swimming holes, rivers and just about anywhere there is water. The surf is big and the winds are blowing hard offshore. I was keeping an eye on the lodge today, so I was unable to go check out some of the near by surf spots, but I know there were some really good waves to be had. We will see what tomorrow brings.
