Mi gente!  I went on a search for waves today for the dream.  I stayed local and first checked the performance beach break.  It was big, messy and out of control.  Then I went around the corner to check the reef break.  From atop the cliff I saw one person out and couldn't understand why they weren't catching any waves.  I went back home grabbed my board and then paddled out.  I was all alone and discovered what I couldn't see from the cliff was all of the abnormal currents that were snaking out in the ocean.  I got pretty worked, did a lot of paddling and only caught one wave.  Plus, the water was dirty and itchy from all of the rain, but it still felt good to get wet.  Hopefully our conditions will clean up soon.  Check out the gallery below...
