Short Period Swell

Hey everyone!  We have short period swell in southern Nicaragua and it is lighting up the performance beach break.  The waves were very consistent with light offshore winds and all the surfers were super stoked.  It isn't very often we get short period swell, but it does provide a nice change of pace from out usual 15 second or more long period swell.  Check out the gallery below...

Lenny was laying down some powerful cutbacks.
Anthony ripped one off the top today.
This grom stomped the speedy drop at second peak.
Lesther was ripping today. Check him out on this sick floater.
Lenny was commanding second peak. He stalled off the drop and got a quick cover up on this one.
The grommet was out surfing on her own again. Check out that natural steeze.
Lenny milked this wave for everything it had.
This local scored the right of the day. Such a sick wave.
