Mi gente!  I took the trip to check the morning reef break action right around the corner from the original Nicaragua surf lodge.  I found a handful of surfers enjoying the 2 foot waves with offshore winds.  You need to get on this spot early because the winds can get heavy making it difficult to catch the waves.  This location is notorious for giving you the firehose spray in the face when paddling for a wave.  Check out the gallery below...
