Hey everyone!  The onshore winds continue with sub par surf conditions in southern Nicaragua.  I took a few pictures during a long run I went on today, but I could find no surfers out surfing in my area.  When I got back to the house, I was reminiscing on the amazing week in August 2019 we had with the BlkBox crew.  The BlkBox stoke level was through the roof during their trip to say the least.  My surf guides and I have been blessed with the opportunity to shred their amazing surfboards.  Here are a few highlights from the BlkBox dream surf adventure at the lodge.  Check out the gallery below...

Thien was going huge during their entire week at the lodge last August. He was in full send mode 24/7.
We scored some amazing waves with the BlkBox crew during their week at the lodge in 2019.
I decided to go on a run to clear my head. This is the road going up towards Playa Duna.
I took a big fall going down these steps. It has been raining a lot with the onshore winds and this step was super slippery and I took a big digger.
This is the view heading down the steps at Playa Duna. You can see how the onshore winds are recking havoc on our surf conditions.
Thien is a team rider for BlkBox and it shows why. On the last day of their trip this beach break turned on for some epic barrels.
