Hey everyone!  We had to go on a mission to San Juan del Sur leaving Playa Gigante at 4:30 AM to get the boat trailer down to the dock to take out the Masayita II for maintenance/storage for the month of October.  Ramon came with me via land to help guide us on the narrow Nicaraguan roads to avoid catastrophe during our journey.  Walter and Elvin slowly made their way to San Juan del Sur via water with the boat making sure to catch as many fish as possible along the way.  We had a successful mission and made it back to Playa Gigante for sunset.  As for the surf, it is still in the smaller/fun zone with a increase in size expected for tomorrow.   Check out the gallery below...

Ramon and I made it to San Juan del Sur safely with a 4:30 AM departure from Playa Gigante.
There were plenty of locals fishing off the dock early in the morning when we arrived.
It is a beautiful morning in San Juan del Sur.
It looks like it will be a tricky boat ramp for me to use. I'm claiming that it is a double black route.
We were searching for some shade while we waited for Walter's arrival with the boat and for the tide to rise to use the boat ramp.
There was a nation wide tsunami test today, so we had to evacuate up the hill around 10:00 AM in the morning.
Yew! We got the boat out and have the Masayita II high and dry for the month of October.
Walter, being the amazing fisherman he his, had to take advantage of the long boat ride to San Juan del Sur and caught a solid bounty of fish.
Walter and Elvin are always stoked on life, and fish! These guys are solid humans!
Sunset soccer matches are the norm in Playa Gigante.
