A Nicaragua resident 20 some odd yrs Dale is the guy who found the spot, built the house, built the boats and trained the first captains where to go. Everyone in this business learned where the spots are from following Dale or someone who followed Dale. Dale was a pioneer for Nicaragua surfing. Heyner is the all star surfer in the line up at every surf spot. He froths harder than anyone and knows how to shred the gnar on another level. He competes on the National Nicaragua Surf Team and won the U18 best athlete of the year in 2019. We are very fortunate to have him as part of our family at the surf lodge.
